How per-skill pricing works
Most assessment tools charge per test or per seat, which pushes you toward one-size-fits-all screening. We price by what you actually measure, so a focused 3–4 skill screen stays cheap and a deep 8-skill assessment costs proportionally more — your call, per role.
- Blueprint size — pick 2 to 8 of the 14 assessable transferable skills for the role.
- Per candidate — you're charged blueprint-size credits for each candidate assessed.
- Composure is free — the five-trait Composure Profile is scored on every assessment at no cost.
- Example — a 4-skill role × 5 candidates = 20 credits = one Starter pack.

What is a credit?
