In short
- A person decidesNo hire / no-hire label and no overall score. You can adjust any score with your reason.
- Every score can be checkedEach score is backed by the candidate's own words, and every quote is checked against the conversation.
- The scorer gets no name, photo or CVIt reads “Candidate” and what they said in the scene.
- Where the data livesHosting and database in Germany. The AI model is Claude by Anthropic (USA); your data is not used to train it.
- Deleted on timeCandidate records are deleted after 12 months, or sooner when you delete them.
